Licensing
We have worked hard to create authentically sourced stories about historical figures. Our product pricing and distribution service reflect this dedication to our work.
Each of our lessons and corresponding lesson plans are covered under a single-user license.
You Are Welcome To:
- make a copy of the lesson and lesson plan
- remix the components of the lesson to better reflect the learning experience you want for your students.
You Cannot:
- Commercially re-distribute our lessons or plans to others
In other words, you cannot replicate, copy or make modifications to the lesson or lesson plan and sell it on other marketplaces as your own.
- Assign the authorship of our lessons as your own
- Share the lesson or plans with others.
If we suspect you do not comply with this agreement and the terms of using our service, your account will be terminated without warning and clarification of the circumstances.
Other license terms:
For some lessons on our website, a part of the lesson might be sourced by an author from elsewhere and different license terms may apply to the component, such as someone else’s license or an open source or creative commons license.
If so, the component will be identified by the author in the Item’s description page or in the Item’s downloaded files.
The other license will apply to that component instead of this license.
